STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X7: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel, Open up the pumpkin13 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 2 CLOSE Raster 1 Open up the door-knob image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX8: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 AND UP: Image Flip Horizontal. Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 5 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the centre of your image SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 6
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 7 Open up the 2561.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 8 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 AND UP: Image Flip Horizontal. Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 6 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with BROWN #5a1f00 DESELECT
STEP 10 OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with ORANGE #cf4800 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Greg's Factory Output Vol II >>> Pool Shadow ,
STEP 11 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 12 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the witches_by_grievousgeneral image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Select the lower right hand witch
STEP 14 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 AND UP: Image Flip Horizontal... then Selections Defloat. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT.. change DIRECTION to 315 Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 Back to the witches_by_grievousgeneral image in your PSP workspace Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 5 Antialias = UNChecked Select the upper left hand witch
STEP 16 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 AND UP: Image Flip Horizontal... then Selections Defloat. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 17 Open up the border.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 18 ACTIVATE Raster 6 Open up the jule_netz.png image in your PSP workspace Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the web Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 AND UP: Image Flip Horizontal. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 19 Open up the witches are back image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the word art Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 20 CLOSE Raster 1 and Raster 4 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN Raster 1 and Raster 4 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 21 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the 11_halloween_animabelle image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Sharpen if you wish.
STEP 22 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 23 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
